Maximum compatibility with docx, xlsx, and pptx. Works on Windows, Linux, and macOS. Free and open-source. Create a new folder in the sdkjs-plugins directory. The path to the folder depends on the operating system you use: For Linux - /opt/onlyoffice/desktopeditors/editors/sdkjs-plugins/. For Windows -%ProgramFiles%ONLYOFFICEDesktopEditorssdkjs-plugins.

There are two ways to add plugins: through the plugin manager and through the plugin folder.

Adding plugins through the plugin manager

Step 1. Archive all the plugin files and change the archive extension to .plugin.

If you download a plugin from GitHub, unpack the plugin folder first and then archive its elements only.

Step 2. Click the Settings button on the Plugins tab.

Step 3. In the plugin Settings window, click the Add plugin button to load your created archive:

The plugin will be added to the opened editors and all the editors you will open afterwords and displayed within the Plugins tab.

Adding plugins through the plugin folder

Step 1. Create a new folder in the sdkjs-plugins directory. The path to the folder depends on the operating system you use:

  • For Linux - /opt/onlyoffice/desktopeditors/editors/sdkjs-plugins/
  • For Windows - %ProgramFiles%ONLYOFFICEDesktopEditorssdkjs-plugins

Step 2. Use a plugin GUID as the folder name. You can find the plugin GUID in the config.json file.

For example, for the Extended comments plugin the guid parameter will look the following way: Free mac os x 10.6 0 download.

So, the folder name of this plugin will be {91EAC419-EF8B-440C-A960-B451C7DF3A37}.

Step 3. Put all the plugin files to this folder: Screen capture software for mac free download.

  3. Click the Remove button near the corresponding plugin.

DesktopPlease note that after app updating the default plugins will appear again and you will need to uninstall them.I have a Nextcloud instance with ONLYOFFICE DocumentServer. Everything was working smoothly, but this weekend I did some hardening of the security on my server, tightening access controls and linux user permissions, and it looks like I broke something. Things mostly appear to be working, but from the desktop app when I connect to my cloud, it takes me to a web view of my Nextcloud's dashboard. When I click on documents within the Nextcloud UI, they open in the web version of ONLYOFFICE nested within a tab of the desktop app, instead of opening in the desktop itself. And sometimes, they even try to open in Chrome instead. Also, if I try to open a cloud file from the desktop app's list of recent files, it opens my Nextcloud dashboard in a new tab with the title 'Opening..' but the file never opens that way.
So it seems like one of the services that is supposed to be running either isn't running, or has some connection issues, or some other kind of misconfiguration. I'm also noticing some issues with the Android mobile app getting out of sync that might be related but might not. And if I go to my document server URL in the browser, it redirects me to /welcome which shows me some welcome information. I'm not sure if that should still be happening if my document server is fully set up.
I'd really like to be able to open my cloud files directly in the desktop app, since that's actually my most common use case.
I checked the this log:
$ cat /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/docservice/out.log

Also, if I run `systemctl list-units` or `service --status-all`, I don't see anything about the document server, which I thought I should, but maybe I'm wrong about that too. It seems like at least some part of the service must be running, so I'm probably looking at the wrong services list or something.

What else can I do to check the status of my document server services to make sure that everything is running, connected and configured correctly?
